Description
The Honda Accord has long been admired for its bulletproof reliability and engineering, and this 1991 CB example shows exactly why... genuinely rare, wonderfully honest, and it drives exactly as a Honda should. Smooth, solid and confidence inspiring. Mechanically, it's spot on... The underside is excellent, suspension feels tight, and it sails through its MOTs. Inside, it's very comfortable and pleasingly original... five speed manual... factory cassette player and with good history too. The arches are starting to show some corrosion... something a new owner might choose to address, but as it is, it gives the car a certain honesty and character. If the arches were perfect, I'd have no hesitation listing this around five thousand pounds. As it stands though, it's seriously tempting to just keep for myself... And that's largely because of what it is... early 90s Hondas were engineered at a level that's earned a huge following. And clean, unspoiled examples like this are getting very thin on the ground. It's that reputation, and that feel on the road that makes it special.
