Description

Stunning 1996 JDM Toyota Celica GT-Four ST205 in rare dark metallic green, covering approximately 74,000 miles. A largely stock example with an unusually comprehensive history file including previous V5Cs, MOTs and numerous invoices. Only 3 former UK keepers, including two long-term female owners. A subsequent elderly owner stored the car in a dehumidified garage. Powered by the legendary JDM 255 PS 3S-GTE turbocharged engine, with 5-speed manual gearbox and permanent four-wheel drive. Extensive documented maintenance includes timing belt replaced in 2024, replacement clutch and major Super Strut suspension work, with substantial expenditure documented by invoices. Recently serviced at 73,476 miles and very little mileage covered since. The car is in exceptional condition for its age, with an excellent underside and remarkably well-preserved original-style interior. A particularly unusual feature is the genuine Toyota front and rear parking sensor system, a very rare period option/accessory. Tasteful upgrades include Pioneer Apple CarPlay, DAB digital radio and reversing camera. The upgraded speakers were professionally installed during previous ownership and the supporting invoice is present. The car drives extremely well and feels tight and solid. The only minor fault I'm aware of is the driver's electric folding mirror requires a light assisting push to start folding, after which it electrically folds normally. This is a reluctant sale and I will be genuinely sad to see it go, but unfortunately the time has come for someone else to enjoy and look after it.
