It was my first car and it's been a brilliant one it's taken me all over the country including Scotland, and around Europe, without a single fault. The wishbones have been replaced, and first and second gear have both been renewed, so the box is sweet through the whole range. The clutch has plenty of life left I'd estimate around 30,000 miles based on how it's biting. Air conditioning has been recently regassed and blows cold, and there's a new battery fitted in May. Tyres are Dunlops with good tread. It's had an easy life. The vast majority of the 117,000 miles is motorway work between Northampton, Manchester and London, which is far kinder to an engine than short urban running. It has almost exclusively been fuelled on premium unleaded in nine years of ownership.
