Description

Elephant in the room- This car was Cat N, but not from a crash. The steering wheel and infotainment were quite desirable when stolen in 2018! Evidence in photos. Beautiful example full of desirable extras, from Harman Kardon audio to the heated white leather interior. It is Euro 6/ULEZ AND Adblue free. It is worth seeing the car in person to appreciate just how loaded in spec it is compared to other M Sport cars. Huge list below: Extras: Harmon Kardon H&K Surround Sound audio! Wood interior trim, larger 19 inch wheels, big blue Brembo brake calipers from the BMW M cars (4 piston front, 2 rear, they have ridiculous stopping power), adaptive high beam LED headlights (auto and bending high beam-Volvo style), lighting package (door handles, footwells, reading lights, ambient lighting etc), professional nav (larger screen), extended instrument cluster (larger digital display on cluster), front and rear parking sensors, rear parking camera, the list is endless. Professional Nav updated to the latest iDrive iD6 software with wireless fullscreen carplay and android auto (inc screen mirroring). The car also comes with an electric tailgate, and an electric spoiler that opens at speed. Too much to list! The first service was a "full" service, comprising of the oil and filter change, as well as the fuel filter, cabin filter, and air filter. A Mahle filter was used as well as Miller's EE Performance Oil. Liquimoly flush was also used. The front anti roll bar links were also changed as these are common to fail on F series BMWs. The engine breather hose was also changed as this is common to fail. Upgraded metal handbrake cable bracket too. Service history- the majority are recorded (check photos). The car can be serviced prior to sale if we have a good deal ;). The car had a fresh MOT in August. Another bonus - it is ULEZ compliant and doesn't use adblue. No need to worry about adblue failures, a rarity for ULEZ/Euro 6 vehicles. I've enjoyed owning this car and it has been a blast to drive. It makes a fantastic motorway cruiser and a fun car on country lanes. It is suprisingly frugal on diesel despite how large it is. Even at 70 it sips on fuel. There is a slight wrinkle at the bottom of the front bumper. So why am I selling? To be honest - I don't keep cars for very long. My aim is to try as many different interesting cars before owning a combustion engined car becomes impossible. This was my first BMW, from Audi and Volvo. Interesting swap suggestions considered!
