Discovery 3, V8 petrol 4.4L engine (2005) in black with grey leather. Only one owner from new: Director's company car for the first 2 years and then in private ownership of the same person for the remaining 19 years. Extremely rare UK supplied genuine RHD (not imported or LHD like others). This (AJ) V8 petrol engine sounds incredible, mated to a bulletproof (ZF) 6-speed gearbox it is widely regarded as the most reliable power-train in any Land Rover. Since I have been the only owner/driver (and always garaged) it is in great condition with excellent underside (no rust and never been off-road). I have maintained it regardless of costs and with the exception of blown light-bulbs, it has never failed its MoTs. The interior is in great condition with no tears or splits. Paintwork is generally in very good condition and all electronics work with many upgraded components to avoid the occurrence of common CAN-bus warnings (e.g. addition of a secondary/auxiliary battery and split-charge power management to reduce voltage fluctuations that can produce false/transient warnings common to all Discovery 3s). Brand new brake system (all four discs/pads/calipers/fluids replaced in 2026), gearbox and diff oil changed regularly and many new parts fitted (chains/pumps/belts/suspension/ebrake/aircon/etc.).
