Description
Wonderful original well looked after 968
Amazonas Gruen/Petrol Blau colour paint so it looks navy blue in the day light and slightly green in the shade.
Immaculate medium grey colour original leather/vinyl interior with black trims and steering wheel.
I looked at a few before buying this car in the 20-28k range and this was the best in original condition.
The engine bay is immaculate
Huge list of last private owners service and maintenance including brake and fuel lines, plus rust removal.
This year i've had this done.....
New OEM windscreen replaced
The pop up headlight shells and base brackets repaired and repainted.
New OEM bonnet badge.
New Bosch battery.
4 new OEM bilstein shock absorbers.
Timing belts water pump and tensioner.
Most have silver alloys so I had the 4 original OEM wheels stripped then powder coated Bronze, new OEM centre caps and valves.
All four Cup sport tyres are 6-7mm
Excellent body, panels, trim, glass etc
The interior was a lot of grey so ive added a 2nd hand original black leather steering wheel plus a black centre console flip up padded storage compartment where your left elbow rests, original grey steering wheel included.
Trim perfect tidied up some wear.
Some minor scratches around the door handles
Both original keys sets
Original Autowatch immobiliser fitted
I've had the exhaust rear tail pipe powder coated satin black.
Full service history.
On a better quality road it's so smooth, the engine purrs great at all revs, if I'm on a single carriage I put it into manual in 3rd gear which is ideal for 40-60mph then 4th for open sections and leave it in Auto on dual carriageway or motorways.
Gear changes are super smooth with no jumping.
The car is being mop/polished/waxed by the 18th July too remove old minor paint swirls and minor wash scratches.
A great collectors car
Private registration plate not included

350+ 968s registered on UK roads less than 100 standard 3L coupes, 51,000 911s on the road, i took the car to the Porsche Megaphonics show out of 100s of 911s there was two 968s rare and cool.
The following week we visited the Pistonheads Annual service show at Bicester, out of 1000s of sports cars there was three 968s , I had a 997 turbo parked to my left and an Alpine to my right parked up by the big hanger, we sat in the shade 30' behind them eating drinking chatting to like minded car buffs ,the 968 got more interest and photos.
