We have just taken this Mondeo in direct part exchange. It has had the same owner for the last 6 years. It has been well maintained / serviced (hence reliably getting to 220k miles), lots of paperwork, invoices, receipts etc…. Was owned by a Ford technician for a number of years so well maintained. It’s got a long MOT until June 2027 and comes with 2 x keys. Roof rails fitted and a detachable tow bar. It has been used as a workhorse in the real world so obviously it’s not perfect and is a little rough around the edges. It does have some ‘battle scars’ to the exterior. A few small scuffs here and there, and some rust bubbling on the rear arches. Interior is fairly clean and still has the rear load cover intact. Obviously due to the mileage, we are unable to offer any sort of warranty or guarantee, so we have to offer it as spares or repair. On a short road test it appears to start and drive as it should. There of course some ‘niggles’ with a couple of error messages on the dash, but this doesn’t appear to affect the way it drives. Obviously we welcome any inspection so make your own mind up on this. Whilst it’s not perfect, it could be a cheap / practical workhorse for someone, or ideal for a home mechanic. Quite a rare model with the more desirable manual gearbox and one of the largest estate cars available. All serious / sensible / realistic enquiries welcome. This is a part ex vehicle so I’m afraid we’re not interested in any swaps / part ex’s……
