1997 Mazda MX5 1.8iS Mark 1 colour green Reluctant sale due to not getting much use (3306 miles in 11 years), always makes me smile driving it. I have had the car since March 2025 and has always been garaged in my possession. Solid car but bodywork not perfect, both rear sills have been plated as photos prior to my purchase and never needed additional work. No service history but oil changed every 2 years (approx 2000 miles). Work I have had done includes : Rear bearings replaced upon purchase (were a little noisy), 4 quality tyres (good Year and Avon) approx 1000 miles ago (2023), new radiator and thermostat 2024 and a brand new battery this year. This model has the top spec including : ABS brakes, LSD, Electric windows and mirrors, remote boot and fuel cap opening, driver's airbag, leather steering wheel, lightweight Enkei alloys. I have also replaced the radio with a Kenwood head unit and uprated the speakers, replaced the seats with leather items, added a chrome gearknob and handbrake lever plus other items of 'plastic' chrome to the dashboard.
