Description
Genuinely two private owners from new myself, and now my father
Personal family car throughout, never used for trade or hire
The vast majority of the mileage is motorway miles, which shows in how well the car has held up mechanically and cosmetically for its age
Serviced every year (or every 6,000-10,000 miles, whichever came first) without fail, for its entire life. Serviced throughout by the same trusted independent mechanic who looked after all of our family cars for over ten years. Sadly he passed away, and his service records were lost along with him so we can't provide a full paper trail, but the car has never missed a service and has always been looked after properly
Always serviced when the service light indicated, and kept on top of as routine, not reactive, maintenance
Very good condition for its age and mileage this is an honest, transparent listing and we'd rather flag the marks upfront than have them come as a surprise on viewing:
Rear alloy wheels would benefit from a refurb (cosmetic kerbing/age marks)
Front two alloys are in good order, with light age-related marks only
A crack on the front bumper, caused by another vehicle reversing into it cosmetic, doesn't affect anything structural or mechanical
Mechanically the car is spot on no issues, drives as it should
Interior is excellent no major wear signs, and it's been fully valeted and is ready to collect and drive away
A bit about us:
This car is one of the first through Crescent Motor House I'm building this as an enthusiast-led business, inspecting and preparing every car properly before it goes up for sale, rather than just flipping stock. This Golf happens to be personal as well as professional: it was my first car, and I'd like it to go to someone who'll get as much out of it as we have.
