Description

This car has had a ridiculous spend on it over the last 12 months, making this possibly one of the safest and best buys. I genuinely believe this will probably be one of the best drives out of all of the other manual mk2's on the market! It's been my pride and joy for the last 2.5 - 3 years and has put a smile on my face every time I've taken it out. Unlike most other Stage 2 cars, this has had a lot of original running gear replaced and has been maintained meticulously, rather than ragged on a daily basis with no care. One of the biggest reasons for replacing so many parts and keeping on top of things was to keep reliability to its very best, as I wanted to enjoy this car rather than worrying about it, and I can safely say this car has never let me down. I have truly enjoyed owning this car for the last few years. I'm sure the next owner will enjoy it as much as I have. It's also only had 2 previous owners. The car is fault free, as you should expect for the money spent on it! Despite its age, it drives like a new car. A change in circumstances means sadly I have had to part ways with this car Ok, brace yourselves for the part list to come: Tuning parts: - Ram Air Intake - Scorpion Downpipe Sports Cat - Milltek Cat Back Resinating - AirTek Intercooler - VIS Motorsport High Pressure Fuel Pump - Sachs Performance Paddle Clutch - Braded Brake Lines - Ferodo DS2500 Brake Pads - M-Tek and Tarrox Discs - Fully polybushed lower arms - Polybushed Anti-Roll Bar bushes - 034 Dog Bone Mount - AMD Stage 2 remap Genuine Audi Parts that have been replaced: - all injectors for latest version - timing chain and all tensioners - turbo recondition - vacuum pump - water pump - oil pump - fly wheel - new oil to gearbox - new oil to transfer box - new oil to rear diff and Haldex service - new springs and dampers to front, includes top mount bearings and bushes - new ball joints - new drop links - 4 wheel alignment - new driveshafts to front (both sides) - serviced every 6 months without fail - brake caliper service to front, new calipers to rear - new starter motor - most gaskets replaced for new - new front hubs and bearings (I'm sure I've forgotten some bits here, but I have receipts for over £16k spent over the last 12 months) - Pioneer ApplePlay head unit Bits I believe need to be done to the car next: - painting wing mirror covers and fuel filller cap black - wheels to be refurbished - prop shaft bearing to be replaced
