Honda Civic EP3 Type R for sale, in very good condition for age. Plus loads of spare parts. Only 3 previous owners before me and he owned it for 21 years, before that it was owned by a lady and Honda as a demo car. Ive only owned it a few months and haven't driven it much as ive figured its not really my cup of tea ( I'm too old now). So it has MOT until Feb 27. Milage is high, however it was used as a daily commuter for 20 years averaging around 5k miles a year. This car has been very well looked after with loads of receipts to prove the full service history of the car along with all MOT certs, even the the very first one. Has all original booklets that came with the car from new too. There may be bits of paperwork missing as the previous owner did some oil changes himself ever 5-6k but i have receipts for oil purchases etc. Had the chain done at around 90k which is usually not necessary on these. Has had a clutch at some point, bite is very low and strong. Has had calipers with brembo brakes. Vtec works as should and engine is quiet and strong. Car has a few subtle mods such as Tein coilovers (as the original suspension set up was shot). Mugen style rear wing. Updated front seats. HR gearknob. Facelift tail lights. Other than that, its a totally standard car. Rare these days to see. Spare parts to come with the car are, Set of original refurbed wheels in silver ( beleive they are spotless as were freshly refurbished) will need 2 new tyres as low but Other two are good and Bridgestone. Original gearknob. Original tailights. Original wing. Car cover. Mugen (rep) front grill. Primered front bumper with front lip. Plus another fiberglass front lip. Lots of work carried out by honda and HondR. Comes with two keys and two fobs and even Original key id number tag. The only thing that let's this down is the front bumper as the paint is coming away and two small dinks on the drivers side quarter. It really is a nice specimen and credit to the previous owner for keeping it well looked after. It was his pride and joy for many years and during the last few years he kept it covered up during winter and refused to drive it when it was wet so as to prevent rust as much as he could.
