I bought this car for my granddaughter about three months ago. Sadly a council dust truck slightly brushed against it while it was parked, causing minor paint transfer onto the car.( see images ) As you can see from the photos the paint transfer has been polished out. The council accepted liability and surprisingly deemed it uneconomical to repair and categorised it as a Cat N ( non-structural ). I have all the correspondence to verify this. The car is structurally flawless and I have just had a new MOT done on it. As a precaution I had it checked out when I bought it for her and spent £493 on new rear brake cylinders and drums.( receipt available) The car has a full VW dealership service history to 80,000 miles ( stamp documented). The condition inside is very tidy as can be seen in the photos. Because of the Cat N designation, it is priced lower than equivalent models on the market, making it an absolute bargain for a new driver or anyone looking for a reliable highly maintained daily runner.
