This is a fabulous example of the BMW i3 petrol plug in hybrid. I purchased the car in December 2025 from a dealer who'd taken it as part exchange from the original buyer/owner with a little over 12k on the clock, I think the car had been used to commute to the shops and back. I had a new 12 volt battery installed and a faulty sensor between the petrol engine and the electric motor replaced by Cartech in Cowdenbeath. This is the range extender version which offers approximately 65+/- battery and 70+/- petrol range. The car has a good service history, it's £20 a year to tax and MOT'd until Nov 25 2026. I'm reticent to sell the car as I think it looks and drives exceptionally well, I used it as my daily commute vehicle and always felt proud when approaching it in the car park. The orange/black colour way is slightly unusual, giving additional kudos to the very modern look of the car. The wheels are all in pretty good fare, some markings on the rear two (see pics) and the tyres themselves still have a decent amount of tread on them. I have recently moved house and no longer have access to a driveway or designated space on the road which would enable me to charge the car at home, hence the sale. I will be sad to no longer own this car but I'm sure it will provide much pleasure to the next owner.
