BMW E46 325Ci Manual Convertible - Rare Facelift - Enthusiast Owned
For sale is my **2005 BMW E46 325Ci Manual Convertible**, finished in black.
I've owned the car for around **2 years** and used it as my daily driver. During my ownership, I've spent **several thousand pounds on parts and focusing mainly on the mechanical side and replacing many of the components that typically need attention on an E46 of this age.
### Major work & upgrades
- **Bilstein B14 suspension (£650) + H&R springs **
- **Sachs clutch & Sachs flywheel**
- **Febi clutch slave cylinder**
- **Febi propshaft & mounting**
- **Reconditioned fuel rail**
- **Injectors, ignition coils & spark plugs**
- **All 4 brake calipers & hoses**
- **MTEC discs & pads**
- **Front wheel hubs**
A considerable amount of the expensive age-related mechanical work has therefore already been done.
The car
This isn't a low-mileage museum piece. It's a 20+ year-old E46 that's been driven, enjoyed and maintained. It has age-related cosmetic imperfections, but still looks fantastic and regularly turns heads. The black bodywork, convertible roof and lowered stance suit the car perfectly.
Underneath is BMW's legendary **M54B25 naturally aspirated 2.5L straight-six**, paired with a **manual gearbox and rear-wheel drive**.
No turbo, no artificial sound and no giant screens - just a straight-six, manual gearbox, RWD and a roof that disappears when the sun comes out.
Finding a **facelift manual 325Ci convertible** is becoming increasingly difficult, with many now being broken for parts.
I've put a lot of time and money into this car and genuinely enjoyed owning it. I'm not pretending it's a perfect collector's example - it's an honest, enthusiast-owned E46 with thousands already spent on the important mechanical components.
