Power is delivered through a single-speed automatic transmission, so acceleration is seamless and quiet, with no vibration and no mechanical lag. The motor is paired with a 50kWh lithium-ion battery, of which around 46kWh is usable, providing strong real-world range and excellent efficiency. The battery is liquid-cooled to maintain optimum performance in all seasons and supports rapid charging when you need to top up quickly. With the 11kW onboard charger, home or workplace AC charging is fast and convenient, while DC rapid charging can take the battery from low to 80% in around half an hour. Regenerative braking captures energy as you slow down, feeding it back into the battery to extend your driving range and reduce wasted energy.
