I bought the car new on 11 September 2017 and have owned it ever since. No previous keepers on the V5. It has never been accident damaged and has never had any body repairs or paintwork. It still has its original supplying dealer number plates front and rear. The L&K is high specification as standard. Factory options added when new included 19-inch Phoenix anthracite alloy wheels (£650), panoramic glass roof (£1,150), Smart Light Assist (£100), heated steering wheel with DSG paddles (£230), spare wheel (£100) and rubber boot mat (c.£100). The car was bought with the Skoda service package covering the first two services and was serviced by Crewe Skoda throughout the warranty period. Since then it has been serviced by local garages, with specialist VAG work used where required (the Haldex job). It has just had a major service at 91,700 miles costing £1,500, with the invoice supplied. This included oil and filter, pollen filter, spark plugs, Haldex oil/service and DSG gearbox oil. A developing oil leak was traced to the sump, which was replaced. A cornering-light fault was traced to a faulty ride-height sensor, a common fault, and this was also replaced. Other recent work includes a new alternator, new water pump and new brake discs and pads all round in 2025. The Haldex system had a new pump fitted by a VAG specialist in 2025 at a cost of approximately £1,500 (with receipt). It has been faultless since and the Haldex fluid was replaced again at the latest service. Matching Vredestein all-season tyres are fitted all round. MOT until 3 August 2027. The latest MOT was a clean pass with no advisories. There are no known mechanical or electrical faults and everything works as it should. A substantial history file comes with the car, including service records, invoices and receipts, previous MOT certificates, the complete original handbook pack and wallet, all three original keys and the original purchase invoice from 2017. A genuine one-owner car, unmodified nor upgraded, with documented history and considerable recent maintenance expenditure.
