During our ownership we have spent money replacing worn components and keeping the car mechanically sound rather than simply waiting for things to fail. Recent work includes: - New tyres - New headlamp units - Brakes and discs replaced - Anti-roll bar components replaced - Other worn or loose suspension components replaced as required It is a straightforward and easy car to drive, making it particularly well suited as a first car, learner/new-driver car or economical local runaround. ULEZ compliant. We have genuinely liked this car and it has served us well. The only reason for selling is that it has now been replaced with a larger car better suited to longer-distance journeys. The interior is clean and tidy for its age, with a Sony stereo and AUX input. The rear seats fold down and the boot offers a useful amount of space for a small hatchback. For a 2004 car the bodywork is in generally good and presentable condition, although naturally there are some age-related marks. To be completely fair to the next owner, there is a small area of surface corrosion around the lower front wheel-arch/wing area, shown clearly in the photos. There is also a small cosmetic mark to the front lower grille area from a minor knock. MOT valid until 18 November 2026. Points to note: - No service-history documentation is available with the car. - Air conditioning is fitted but is currently not working. Genuine private sale. Viewing is welcome by appointment.
