Selling this car on behalf of my mum, who has owned it for around a year and is now upgrading to something newer. She's found it to be a really cheap and reliable car to run, with very reasonable insurance costs. I'm a vehicle technician at Aston Martin and have looked after the car during her ownership, and honestly, I can't fault it mechanically. They're simple cars and easy to work on, and this one has been a good little car for my mum. During her ownership it has had: Full new exhaust system New front discs and pads Full service New engine oil and oil filter New air filter New spark plugs The car is currently running on steel wheels with hub caps. Cosmetically, I want to be completely honest it's not perfect. It has a few scratches, some dents and the door handles are different colours. The rear back window also doesn't open. None of this affects the way the car drives, but I'd rather be upfront about everything. It's definitely not going to win any beauty contests, but it drives really well and does exactly what it needs to do. I think it would make a good first car for a learner, especially for someone who wants something cheap to insure and run without having to worry too much about the odd parking ding. It would also suit anyone who just wants a cheap, simple car to get them from A to B. It's not being advertised as a perfect example, but mechanically it has been well looked after and has served my mum very well over the last year. Viewing and test drives welcome.
