It will easily do over 50 MPG and only costs £20 to tax! Costs as much to run as a 1.0 litre hatchback, but is far nicer to drive. Cambelt, water pump, rear brake discs and pads were replaced 5,000 miles ago when we bought the vehicle. I replaced the auxiliary belt and tensioners (x2) with genuine parts. New ad blue injector. It also had 4 new tyres - Goodyear F1 Eagles. Full, clean 12 months MOT - expires 16/09/2027 Oil was changed with Total Ineo RCP (the oil for this engine), again 5000 miles ago and the oil level has remained the same. The DW10 is an amazing torquey reliable engine (as fitted to the Ford Focus ST D) and many other vehicles. It is the only engine worth having in the 308 MK2.
