Mercedes-Benz SL500 1,200 Miles Exceptional Collector's Example For sale is my exceptional Mercedes-Benz SL500, showing just 1,200 miles from new and owned by me as the second owner. This is an extremely special example of the SL500 and, in my opinion, one of the finest original examples currently available. There is a genuine story behind the car's exceptionally low mileage and why it has been preserved in this condition. I would rather share that story personally with genuinely interested buyers rather than put it all into an advert. The car retains its original factory paintwork, with no resprays, touch-ups or cosmetic repairs. The bodywork remains exceptionally clean and retains the finish it had from new. The original alloy wheels have never been refurbished and remain completely original and unmarked. The car is still fitted with its original 2016 Yokohama tyres. Remarkably, they remain in excellent condition with no visible cracking, perishing or damage and present extremely well. Inside, the condition is equally impressive. Some of the original protective film is still present, having remained in place since the car was new. The car has never been used in rain or poor weather and has been stored throughout its life in a heated garage. The majority of the exterior is protected with XPEL paint protection film (PPF), providing a very high level of protection to the original paintwork. The car has also been ceramic coated, giving the paintwork an additional layer of protection and making it much easier to maintain. The car comes with everything that was handed over by the Mercedes-Benz dealership when the car was originally collected.
