Finished in black metallic and showing 45,689 miles, this is a beautifully kept 981 Cayman GT4 with £12,262 of recorded factory options, strong Porsche main dealer and specialist history, and the three options I would personally insist on: Full Bucket Seats, Sports Exhaust and Sport Chrono. The buckets completely change the car. You sit low, properly held in place, with the whole cabin suddenly feeling far more serious. Then you start the 3.8-litre naturally aspirated flat-six, open the Sports Exhaust and the GT4 begins making sense. It is mechanical, involving and beautifully judged, with a proper manual gearbox, wonderful steering and a chassis that makes even an ordinary road feel worth driving. The specification is superb: Full Bucket Seats, Sports Exhaust, Sport Chrono with Porsche Track Precision preparation, PCM with extended navigation, black leather with stitching, PDLS Bi-Xenons in black, climate control, Sound Package Plus, DAB, cruise control, auto-dimming mirrors, Alcantara sun visors, Light Design Package and Guards Red seat belts. The history is equally strong. Porsche main dealer maintenance includes Porsche Centre Leeds, Porsche Centre South London and Porsche Centre Mid-Sussex, followed by specialist care with PARR. At 36,653 miles PARR carried out a major service with brake fluid and spark plugs. Then on 25/09/2026 at 45,689 miles, The Vertex Collection completed a current-mileage service and comprehensive inspection before sale. Condition is exactly what I want from a GT4. The black paint suits the shape perfectly, the buckets present beautifully and the car feels tight, connected and properly cared for. There are faster Porsches and newer Porsches. Very few make me want the keys as much as a good 981 GT4. This is exactly the sort I would genuinely own myself.
