PLEASE READ! The car is not currently insured but it does run it's just been sitting on the driveway for a couple months due to getting a new car. Currently has an MOT until December / January time. As you can see from the pictures some modifications have been made in terms of paint, gear knobs, seat / steering wheel covers etc. The radio does not work, there is a leak in the air con system though it should not be difficult or expensive to rectify. There is also an engine warning light on which I believe is related to the pre cat O2 sensor - again that is not difficult or expensive to replace. There is also a small issue with the folding mirrors, when you lock the car they do a kind of twitch numerous times before stopping - by no means an MOT fail or anything like that can just be a bit of an annoying sound Part history - but I can say a few things it has had in the 5 years i've had it are 2 new exhausts, a new clutch, wheel bearings, brakes, coolant reservoir and new headlamps as the old ones were horribly yellowed. As you can see from the images, the internal wing door mirror trim is broken, the switch itself works just fine, it's only the trim that's broken and you can find replacements easily on Ebay for about £15 - I just never replaced it because it didn't really bother me. All in all, the car will get you from A-B if that is your aim, given the age and mileage it would probably best suit someone as a project car or being broken down for parts. Reason for the price - originally bought it for a grand, its had a lot of work over the years, probably easily double what I paid for the car in labour and parts so I feel it's a fair price considering. Viewings welcome, but as I mentioned it has no insurance so you would either need to tow it away or arrange insurance before driving away.
