**2006 VW Jetta 1.9 TDI Diesel - Spares or Repair - MOT Jan 2027** Selling my 2006 Volkswagen Jetta 1.9 TDI diesel, with 114,477 miles on the clock and MOT until January 2027. The car is still running and driving well and is genuinely nice to drive. It has excellent fuel economy. I'm advertising it as **spares or repair** because there is a clunking noise coming from underneath the car, possibly related to the suspension. I haven't had this diagnosed, so the cause and cost of repair are unknown. **Known faults:** - Clunking noise from underneath the car, possibly suspension-related. - Central locking fault on the driver's side. The driver's door locks with the key, and the driver's-side rear door locks using the manual emergency lock. - Windscreen washer hose has a split. The washer motor was replaced a few months ago, but the hose still needs repairing. - Headlining is coming down in places. - A few minor scratches and dings, as shown in the photos. **The positives:** - MOT until January 2027. - 114,477 miles. - Excellent fuel economy. - Drives well, apart from the unexplained clunking noise. - Interior generally in good condition for its age. This could suit someone mechanically minded who is happy to investigate and repair the faults, or someone looking for a useful diesel car or donor vehicle.
