Kia Sorento XM 2.2CRDi manual 4x4 7 seater with towbar. MOT 28th July 2027. Listing as Spares or repair, due to an engine management light, and failed turbo. Car has been in our family for about 10 years and has full service history. Loads of money spent keeping the car running nicely. New clutch and in the concentric slave cylinder 20k miles ago costing nearly £900 (with receipt), gearbox perfect, no diff whines, bodywork excellent, no damage or rust. Recent New suspension parts (wishbones, top strut bearing mounts, drop links etc) new brakes and handbrake shoes, all tyres good. 5 full size alloys, leather interior and heated front seats. Aircon works perfect. Small section of rear tail light broken & glued back on but works fine (can see in the photo). Car intermittently went into limp mode recently, I borrowed a scanner and it showed turbo under-boost (P0299). Car drives but turbo not working properly. I don't know any more than that, doesn't seem to operate all of the time and is making a squealing sound. I can send a video of the car running if that would help anyone decide on the purchase.
