2009 Volvo V50 2.0 diesel with the Powershift automatic gearbox, finished in silver. 108,000 miles, partial service history, MOT until January 2027. I've owned this car for almost 3 years and it's been a solid, comfortable estate. Selling only because I now have something newer. Overall it's in great condition, but I'd rather be upfront about the known issues so there are no surprises: Gear selector solenoid: The solenoid that enables gear selection has failed and needs replacing. There's a manual override that gets around it, so selecting gears is no problem day to day. For the longer term it would be worth getting it sorted. Gearbox: The changes can feel a little jumpy at times, which is fairly typical of this type of gearbox. It's had an oil service and has never let me down in the time I've owned it. Slight vibration under braking: Most likely a brake disc needing replacement. Not severe, but worth doing. Both the solenoid and brakes have been reflected in the price. Practical, economical estate with plenty of load space. You are welcome to come and view.
