Description
Don't let the Cat N fool you into writing this vehicle off. Only selling as I walk to work and am emigrating in the next few months. So I decided to SORN until sold.
This car has passed numerous MOT's since the Insurance Cat N was applied. Non-structural damage was inflicted on my car whilst parked outside my home. A driver swiped the driver's side of the car, front back panel to front, resulting in extensive body work, which the Insurance company at that time, deemed to be more than the vehicle was worth. The only remaining sign of this incident, is a patched rear tail light (pictured) as they were unable to source a replacement light. I have all the paperwork for this.
Why you ask? Well the car is sentimentally valuable to me as it had been my late father's 'golf buggy'. I inherited it @ 35,000. And so I was determined to keep it on the road and so spent the money to have it restored. Fast forward to a private repair job, and the pictures speak for themselves!
I have a part service history after the first 7 years. So it's currently SORN. Needs a quick MOT (it always passes). Good tyres, two within the last 3 months. Alloy wheels, 1.6 litre diesel, automatic transmission.
Loads of life left in it. Viewing welcome.
