I have loved this car as an affordable combination of being fun to drive, comfortable, and speedy. Its small size has made it convenient for getting around London. It has been my means of commuting out of the city for the past 14 months, and I have now moved to an inner-city job so no longer need it, and do not want to have it sit idle on the street. I am the car's second owner, after a middle-aged lady who had it for 13 years. See in the photo of the V5C that I got it in August last year, and see from its MOT history that I have done just over 13k miles. For me, the car's main selling points are its aesthetics, handling and acceleration, and the quality and volume of its speakers. It just feels good to whizz around in. I bought it in fairly immaculate condition and you will see from the photos that I have tried to maintain that. It does have a handful of minor cosmetic defects that are typical of a 2012 model, and these are all demonstrated in the photos. The windscreen is perfect. Review the car's MOT history. The most recent one in May 2026 raised two advisories: a subtle blue smoke on acceleration and a non-excessive oil leak. These are a known trait of the 2010-2013 Mini engine, where oil is burned off gradually. In my experience it uses roughly 1L per 1000 miles, which has stayed consistent over the year I have owned it. I have driven the car a lot and topped it up with 1L once a month. I am including a few bits with the car: 10L of 5W30 oil, a fire extinguisher, phone mount, aux-to-USBC cable, and 500mL of wiper fluid.
