2013 Ford Focus 1.0 EcoBoost Zetec - 87,244 miles Selling my Ford Focus as I've recently been provided with a company car, so I no longer need it. I've owned the car since November 2024 and it has been well looked after during my ownership. It is in good condition for its age and mileage, drives well and has a full 12 months MOT until 1st October 2027. Key points: 87,235 miles 1.0 EcoBoost petrol Manual gearbox Zetec MOT until 1st October 2027 2 keys Original Ford owner's manual and service portfolio Recent tyres Recent oil and filter change Good amount of service and maintenance history Replacement engine: The car had a reconditioned replacement engine professionally fitted in August 2025 by NorthWest Engines, including a replacement timing belt as part of the engine rebuild. I have the original invoice and subsequent maintenance records available. The car has covered approximately 16,000 miles since the replacement engine was fitted and has had further servicing and maintenance during this time. The replacement engine was serviced shortly after fitting in accordance with the supplier's requirements, with further oil/filter changes carried out since. The cooling system has also had maintenance work completed, including replacement of the water pump and thermostat housing. The car has recently had an oil and filter change in August 2026 and passed its MOT in October 2026. The current MOT has two advisories, which I'm mentioning for transparency: wear to the nearside front lower suspension arm pin/bush (with no excessive movement) and a minor pinhole in the central exhaust silencer. Neither resulted in an MOT failure. I have a good amount of paperwork with the car, including the replacement engine invoice, servicing/maintenance invoices and MOT history, and these are available to view. Overall, a genuine, tidy Focus with a long MOT, replacement reconditioned engine and plenty of supporting paperwork. Selling only because I've been given a company car. Viewing welcome.
