Description

Mitsubishi Shogun 3.2 DI-D Warrior LWB Auto. 7-seater model, making it the perfect, heavy-duty family cruiser, towing vehicle, or overlanding camper. The rear-most seats fold down into the floor allowing a huge cargo space when not using the seats. The middle and front seats also fold completely flat to make into a bed for camping. Under 150,000 miles, full service history up until 2018, only 5 owners from new and an almost perfect MOT with a full 12 months left. This being pre-2006 is also in the lower tax bracket. LEGENDARY Super Select 4WD system with 2WD, 4WD high and low range, and centre diff-lock, engages perfectly across all modes. This gives the car perfect traction and unstoppable power in any conditions. Full navy leather interior with heated seats, cruise control, electric mirrors, retrofitted apple car play and reversing camera. For anyone new to GEN3 Mitsubishi Shoguns, they are wonderfly comfortable motorway cruisers that can also take you straight up a mountain at a moment's notice. The 3.2 diesel engine was the largest 4 cylinder engine at the time it was first created, making for an incredibly reliable, easy to maintain, and powerful engine that I have personal experience of running for well over 300,000 miles. This vehicle is a perfect runner with smooth engine, transmission, and good brakes. Starts instantly every time. Plenty of tread left on all tyres. This year it failed its MOT due to the nearside rear brakes dragging, a worn ball joint, and rust in the offside front wheelarch. Since then the rear brake has been completely refreshed with new caliper, slide bolts, valves, and pads. The worn ball joint was replaced along with another ball joint that I felt could have been a future issue. The front arch was completely stripped down, 2mm steel plates welded in, primed and painted to protect against any future rusting. All of this work was done to fully futureproof the car as I intended to keep it long term. Unfortunately I'm having to sell my pride and joy as my wife now has a company car and I can't afford to keep this as a second car.
