MUCH-LOVED AUDI A4 - OWNED 6+ YEARS My pride and joy: sole family car for social, leisure and commuting; no other business use. Careful driver; no expense spared on roadworthiness and condition. Smooth ride, almost imperceptible automatic shifts, excellent acceleration; still looks great in 2026. Sorely missed: three children require more space, so replaced by Volvo XC90. Mar 2022: nearside brake caliper/offside wheel bearing work. Sep 2021: puncture repair. Apr 2021: two new front tyres. Jan 2021: offside front caliper work. Jul 2017: two new tyres. CONDITION & EXTRAS Smoke-free, pet-free home; no smells. Professionally tinted rear windscreen/rear passenger windows. Removable violet footwell LEDs via cigarette-lighter socket. Some bumps/minor age-related marks. Halfords Autocentre battery check, 3 October 2026: reported 90% health, approx. 863 CCA; confirmed good condition. Two keys; one may need a battery. TO NOTE Jan 2026 MOT advisories report some worn discs / break pads as expected. Garage advised no replacement needed then. One high-level rear brake-light LED out since purchase; occasionally triggers "brake light out" warning, but has passed MOTs. Replacement still outstanding; never got round to it.
