Description

Here we have my SLK 10th Anniversary Edit10n in obsidian metallic black. It's essentially a standard 200Komp but with a few special edition elements; Limited Edit10n seats with logo and special perforated leather finish. Limited Edit10n front fender badges. Limited Edit10n glove box trim. Limited Edit10n logo carpets. Limited Edit10n red dials. Front and rear parking sensors with independent audio/visual cues. Custom made high quality smoked perspex 'Edit10n' windbreaker. Drives great, and has that lovely supercharger whistle when booted. Roof converts with no fuss. Recently cleaned out all drains and gummi -pleged the rubbers. Air filter, Fuel filter, Cabin Filters all changed in May '26. Oil and filter done early May by previous owner. This is my third SLK200 and I love them but I now need ISOFIX, 5 seats and better economy so a sensible family car has pinched the driveway space and this lovely toy needs a new home. Couple of things that need pointing out. Wheels are in excellent mechanical shape but will need refurbing / respraying. ABS light on. Tried everything, steering reset, new ABS sensors fitted on the front wheels. Will be fitting a new brake pedal switch too. May be a really obvious fix/ code reset so I'm prepared for some bartering! Someone clipped my OSF wing in ALDI (a small dent - charming ) and I had a go at filling it and spraying it. Not my best hour. Needs a tiny bit of work. Service History booklet is frustratingly scant. It shows one official service in 2021 but I think at some point someone lost the original book and replaced it. It drives and behaves very well and certainly like it's been serviced. So a lovely looking little cabrio with some nice Edit10n features. Just needs a little bit of attention here and there. Thanks for viewing!
