Putting my XK8 up for a quick sale as I want to upgrade to an R! Always amazes me how cheap these cars are. It's such a refined drive, bullet-proof if taken care of and of course has one of the best side profiles ever! This is a mechanically sound car, bought from the original owner with a thick folder of receipts and all the original docs that came with the car. It spent most of its life on the motorway where it's happiest (and will also do 35mpg). Crucially it's also rust free with no Nikasil/tensioner issues and should fly through its next MOT! In terms of issues, they are all cosmetic. The car has some clear coat peel and the front seats definitely need replacing. The cop holders could also use replacement but are still functional. There are various marks around the paint, but it passes the 10ft test with flying colours. The hood latch could also do with some wd40 as it's gotten a bit sticky due to old grease! This is a highly equipped car with the legendarily expensive in car phone which remains functional! If the car doesn't go in the next few weeks I'll sort the issuesand put it back up for an appropriate price (somewhere around 6-7k) so give me a ring and grab a bargain!
