Description
Enjoy the comfort, presence and sound of a **4.4-litre V8 Range Rover**, with the benefit of a **Romano LPG conversion** to help keep fuel costs down.
This is my own **L322 Vogue with the BMW M62 petrol engine**, owned and enjoyed for over a decade. I have owned several Range Rovers and this has been the one I have kept the longest. It has taken us on many trips across Europe and throughout the UK. I'm only selling because we have bought another car and this one is no longer getting the use it deserves.
This has been a much-loved car with substantial work already carried out.
I have spent money maintaining this Range Rover throughout my ownership, addressing many of the familiar issues these cars develop with age. Recent work and highlights include:
- Rust repairs to the sills, jacking points and wheel arches.
- Replacement audio amplifier the sound system works.
- Full service less than 4,000 miles ago, including oil, all filters and spark plugs.
- MOT until 30 August 2027.
- Romano LPG conversion, giving you the choice of petrol or LPG (98p pL).
- New OEM water cooled Alternator and Coolant expansion tank.
- Genuine Range Rover mats and a boot liner.
It runs very well and still delivers the comfort that makes a Vogue such a pleasure to travel in. **This is the 4.4 V8 petrol not the noisey slow 3.0 diesel.**
The car is a 2004 spec, so please expect age-related marks rather than showroom perfection. The seats and carpets are in good condition for their age, with no holes or tears that I am aware of.
There are a few things a new owner may wish to address, and the asking price reflects these
- Some exterior trim was colour-coded by the previous owner. That finish has faded and would benefit from refurbishment.
- The alloys would also benefit from refurbishment.
- A bit of corrosion damage to a mirror surround and the lip of the tailgate.
- The last full transmission flush was a couple of years ago. I have aimed to do this every two to three years during my ownership, so it is approaching the next one on that schedule.
- The air conditioning needs regassed. It worked through most of the summer, and I intended to have it regassed, but the centre had run out of refrigerant at the time and I failed to return.
It has never towed during my ownership so never really strained. This is also in the cheaper tax bracket. This is possibly a future classic and is also more reliable than the L405 I understand. Call or Message me please for more details. Thank you.
