For Sale one of the Jaguars from my collection. This is a very reluctant sale... my XJR also listed, the cost of a property renovations is forcing this sale. This is the silky smooth XJ Sport 3.0 V6 the engine runs beautifully and is almost silent until you give it the beans! The car does not squeak or rattle and drives like new. I get around 28mpg and she'll do over 400 miles to a tank, my record is 447 on one tank. An XJ Sport is a relatively rare spec and sits just below XJR having racing wheels, racing style seats (which are still very comfortable) and de-chromed shiny bits that are blingy on the sovereigns but black on the Sport and 'R' models Beautiful R-spec seats with leather in great condition all round, no rips or tears. The charcoal leather is complemented by birdseye smoked maplewood veneers The Jaguar Platinum Silver paint work is still bright and shiney. Due to the potholes she's on brand new all season tyres with very high sidewalls and since then I have not had a puncture or a dented alloy and the ride is super smooth. She does also come with a set of 4 refurbished Jaguar Racing Split Rim "Sepangs" which definitely add to the look, these alone are a thousand pounds each. These look much nicer and really suit her (see pics with those on too). It has been looked after for at least 5 years by Greg Phillips at GDP Independent who is a master jaguar engineer- everything that has needed doing has been done. Bushes (all OEM-Jag/Lemforda) Alpine stereo required re-commissioning due to a broken fiber -optice and malfunctioning head unit this work was done by BAE Systems Rear Axle and Steering rack replaced. New Braking system overhall (all new pipes, pads and disks and fluids) Gear Box OIl changed at 100,000 miles. (all Jaguar owners should do this) Just Serviced at GDP 130k There is also a Jaguar optioned tow bar with key (removable with a key and never used but handy if you get stuck in the mud and need pulling out...yes that did happen. Key, spare key and valet key plus tow bar keys The service history is not complete but I'd describe it as very comprehensive, with many, many bills and Greg would be happy to give you his independent opinion if you need understand how this beautiful car has been equally beautifully maintained.
