Description

2005 BMW E64 630i Automatic Convertible For Sale MOT: August 2027 Mileage: ~141,000 (Will increase) It has all the usual BMW 6 series features: Automatic headlights Automatic Wipers Optional Heated front seats Climate control Electric seats with memory Electric steering column adjust with easy access feature Optional Sat nav (with latest available 2022 maps disc) BMW I drive system Xenon Headlights with wash system 19" Optional Alloys Cruise Control Interior colour matched wind deflector (see photos) Reason for sale: I bought this early this year to do a tour of the south of France in it. Before the trip I had a whole lot of maintenance done to ensure the car was in tip top shape. It completed the trip flawlessly, no issues at all. Below is a list of items I had fixed/changed since January this year: New front A Rated Wet Grip tyres (approx. 2k miles on them now) New tyres on the rear matching with the fronts (maybe 50 miles or so on them) New rear coil springs both sides, matching pair Brand new Yuasa Silver battery (the correct 110Ah one) Battery change registered to the car using BMW software Working gassed air conditioning, to get this working I had to fix the below common E64 failure items New Air quality sensor (AUC) Replacement HVAC control unit coded to the car New IHKA valve in the coolant system Full service including Oil and oil filter Pollen filters (there's 2) Engine air filter Engine coolant system flushed and re-filled with BMW OEM coolant Roof works every time - replaced a faulty angle sensor that was causing intermittent problems New boot struts New bonnet holding struts Electronic boot release wiring harness repair (common issue) Replacement BMW front door speakers New Oil Cooler Gasket (Common N52 failure point) New Oil Filter Housing Gasket (Common N52 failure point) New screenwash motor and filter New rear brake lines Needless to say this is a good car for its age. Obviously please don't expect a new car, this car is 21 years old, the paintwork is good for the age, but does have signs of touch ups, stone chips, light scratches, some hazing etc. The interior being cream obviously does show some sign of use/wear, but I think is surprisingly good for the age and mileage. As per all older BMW's there is a small oil leak from somewhere, but top ups are infrequent. I am open to offers, BUT only in person Additionally no part ex, no group viewings, vehicle is sold as seen. Above advert is correct to my knowledge at the time of writing
