Our preparation is beyond exceptional. We do not believe in simply buying cars, washing them and putting them straight up for sale. Our process is designed to make sure every vehicle is checked, prepared and presented to a high standard before collection. Used cars naturally vary by age, mileage, ownership history and condition. That is why our preparation process is focused on giving customers confidence, clarity and peace of mind before they drive away. Our Preparation and Support Fee contributes towards: - Multi-point vehicle checks before sale - Mechanical inspection where required - Diagnostic checks where applicable - MOT and service preparation where applicable - Professional cleaning and vehicle presentation - Pre-delivery road testing - Final quality checks before handover - HPI and vehicle history checks - Preparation of paperwork and handover documents - Aftersales support and customer care Our approach is simple: We prepare vehicles to a standard, not just to a price. Part Exchanges Welcome Looking to sell or part exchange your current vehicle? Bring it along and a member of our team will provide a valuation. If your vehicle has outstanding finance, we may also be able to arrange settlement as part of the transaction.
