We recently bought the clubman to use for my handyman business, however after banging my head several times putting things in and out the boot I have had to admit that it is not suitable for the needs of the business. Mini clubman looks good, starts and drives nicely however it has an issue with the tyre pressure monitor resetting (see Photo of computer message). Other fault as per photo 2 cracks to the wind screen although outside of field of view. Other than that apart from it's age relate marks, all appears good. Mileage is low for 10 year old car but is currently used locally daily. Dropped the price today to sell it however we would keep it as a private car instead of selling any lower than the new asking price.
