We have owned this van since it was three years old with around 20,000 miles on the clock. It has been company-owned but driven by the same person throughout, and we have always maintained it properly and done anything it has needed, regardless of cost. It recently had a replacement engine fitted following a cam-belt failure. As part of this, it also received a fresh service and a new cam-belt and tensioner kit, so all of that has been taken care of. Mechanically, it is a great van and drives superbly. The MOT is booked for Wednesday(23/9/26) and it will be sold with a full 12-month ticket, with anything required to get it through completed. This is the popular long-wheelbase crew-cab version and has been a fantastic van for us, the seat all fold away to provide a full rear loading point if that it your need. It is currently the cheapest comparable example on the market and, mechanically, I would say one of the best. The bodywork does let it down slightly, although it is a nine or ten-year-old working van. There is some lacquer loss on the front bumper and bonnet from motorway use and stone chips, along with a few small dents from loading items onto the roof and some scratches from countryside driving. I believe the majority of the scratches would improve considerably with a good machine polish, but it depends on what you are looking for. Everything is shown honestly in the photographs and reflected in the price. The only reason for selling is that we have upgraded to a newer, larger Transit Custom for the person who drives it.
