Description
2004 Toyota Land Cruiser 3.0 D-4D - 137,000 Miles - £8,000
12 months MOT | Extensive maintenance and upgrades
Time has come to advertise our 2004 Toyota Land Cruiser 3.0 D-4D.
My dad and I bought this truck back in 2020, and we've carried out a lot of work on it over the past six years. It's been an incredible truck and has taken us on numerous trips to Scotland, Devon, Wales and Norfolk, never missing a beat along the way.
With 137,000 miles on the clock, it's been a much-loved truck that's been enjoyed, maintained and improved throughout our ownership.
We'll genuinely be gutted to see it go, but unfortunately I no longer have the room for it, and my dad is looking to get himself a campervan, so it's time for someone else to enjoy it.
Maintenance and upgrades
- New front and rear brake calipers
- Recent front and rear discs and pads
- New rear brake shoes and spring kit
- ARB underbody protection extending back to the transfer box
- New power steering rack and pump
- Upper suspension arms
- Full stainless steel exhaust system
- Two new batteries
- Full Dinitrol rust treatment, with a good coating of underseal applied over the top
- Spare wheel rear-door conversion
- 17" modular steel wheels
- BFGoodrich KO2 All-Terrain tyres
Oil changes have been carried out every 5,000 miles, and all propshafts have been regularly greased.
Condition
The interior is in good condition for its age, with the odd age-related mark. The dashboard has some cracking from sun exposure, and there are a few scuffs on the seats, as you'd expect from a vehicle of this age.
This is a truck we've genuinely enjoyed owning, and a considerable amount of time and money has gone into maintaining and improving it over the years.
A reluctant sale of a much-loved Land Cruiser. Hopefully it will go to someone who appreciates these trucks and gets as much enjoyment out of it as we have.
