Description
Over the last two decades I've owned many Mercedes cars having owned a specialist Mercedes garage. In my opinion, this W207 chassis number is the last of the properly built models. I spent many months searching for this vehicle which has one previous owner and a full Mercedes service history. 13 stamps in total. Unfortunately now it is surplus to my requirements.
When I purchased the vehicle earlier this year, I sent it to my local main dealer for an inspection and service. The service records were up to date but I had them change the oil and filter anyway, re gas the air conditioning along with 4 wheel alignment. The car has been methodically cared for all its life and I wanted to continue that. I also had the wheels and callipers refurbished.
It drives superbly, hasn't been mapped, it's plenty fast enough and can return 50mpg. I've drove it Spain last week and it was a joy to be on the open roads through France. I will be sad to see it go.
It is more expensive than all the others but it's better to all the others. And if you want a keeper, this is the car. For serious buyers, I would happily return the car to my local Mercedes dealership for a further inspection. 2 keys in good condition.
