For sale is my 1987 Ex Military, OneTen Tithonus; 2.5NA with power steering. It has done an indicated 85579 miles, but I was told by the previous owner the Army gave it a replacement engine in 1997. MOT until April 2027. 12 volt throughout. Located nr Heathfield in East Sussex. This was going to be my forever Land Rover and I was going to convert to 300tdi engine (I have an engine and "Steve Parker style" conversion kit available separately). The chassis and other areas are strong and solid, which is the reason I bought this particular vehicle. However, I am undergoing cancer treatment, and my desire to lie under Land Rovers is somewhat diminished, so I would rather someone else gets to enjoy it, hence why I have only owned it 10 months. Since I have owned it I have added power steering using new or quality refurbed parts. I also fitted a new radiator, new oil cooler and new breather system with now old stock hoses. It has 5 new Michalin XZL tyres and a new battery. I did an oil and fluids service in May. The previous owner replaced the water pump, timing belt, front prop shaft and the fuel tank was replaced in 2022. This is a 39 year old Land Rover so there are a few things to be aware of; the oil temperature sensor does not work and needs a new sensor, the back door has a split in the skin (see picture), from 2021 to '25 the MOT was incorrectly stated as miles not KMs, the original KPH speedo will ratify this (see picture), the dash pad is cracked and temporarily repaired with tape (see picture), finally the instrument binnacle is cracked and could do with replacing.
