We bought this beautiful Gen 2 987 Boxster directly from its mature owner of the last four years who bought it from a Boxster specialist and offered it to us directly due to our hassle free purchase of his Audi S3. We drove it back from Cardiff and can confirm it drives perfectly. The bodywork is in excellent condition and we believe all paint on the metal panels to be original which is quite rare for a 17 year sports car and with only a reasonable amount of unavoidable stone chips. We've replaced the original 17 year old stone chip protection foils with a new pair as they were a little tatty (see pics). The interior is in great condition with just minor wear to the upper outer bolster of the drivers seat. The factory option 19 inch Carrera wheels were refurbished 4 years ago and remain in excellent condition and are shod with four good Michelins, the fronts being virtually brand new. Brake discs and pads are in excellent conditon too. The original service book is stamped with a mixture of Porsche main dealer and independent stamps, most of which are supported by receipts. The last owner serviced it himself and kept receipts for parts. We will service it before sale as required. Supplied with 2 remote keys, original floor mats in great condition, complete book pack and Volkswizard branded number plates.
