Description
2019 BMW 420d Hardtop Convertible - Under 42,000 Miles - Full BMW Service History
A particularly desirable 2019 BMW 420d Convertible, finished in Grey, with under 42,000 miles and a full BMW Sycamore service history.
This is one of the last generation of BMW 4 Series Convertibles fitted with the superb three-piece retractable metal hardtop - BMW replaced it with a fabric soft-top on the following generation. That makes this an increasingly distinctive version of the 4 Series and, in my view, potentially one of the more desirable examples to own and keep.
The metal hardtop gives the car a real dual personality. Roof up, it feels remarkably like a refined coup, with the added security, insulation and quieter cabin of a solid roof. At the touch of a button, the roof folds completely away and it becomes a proper open-top convertible.
It's also genuinely enjoyable throughout the year. Heated seats, heated steering wheel and warm-air neck heaters, which blow warm air around the back of your neck, make roof-down driving surprisingly comfortable even on crisp, cooler sunny days.
The car has been very well looked after, is beautiful to drive and has a very recent MOT. Its full BMW Sycamore service history reflects the care it has received, with the team at Sycamore BMW commenting on how well the car has been looked after.

For complete transparency, there is a small dent on the passenger door, a small scuff on the rear driver's-side panel and some scuffing to the alloy wheels. These are cosmetic imperfections and have been taken into consideration in setting the asking price.
Priced reflecting its low mileage, excellent BMW history, condition and particularly desirable specification.
A lovely, increasingly unusual 4 Series that offers the best of both worlds - a refined hardtop coup when closed and a full open-top BMW when the sun comes out.
