Description

FULLY FORGED ENGINE - LITTCO L500 - JD MOTORWERKS BUILD - ONE OFF SPECIAL CAR! Company directors personal car 2017/67 VW Golf GTI Mk7.5, 5-door, 6-speed manual with Virtual Cockpit. 57,580 miles, 12 months MOT with ZERO advisories, 2 keys and a huge folder of invoices/history. This has been a genuine passion project with a huge amount of time, money and attention to detail invested. Far more than a bolt-on build, the EA888 Gen 3 engine has been completely rebuilt and forged by JD Motorwerks, with the entire car developed around it as a properly sorted fast-road package. ENGINE: Wossner 82.5mm forged pistons, Pro-Race I-Beam forged rods, King full bearings kit, honed block, Elring head gasket, new head bolts, UNA timing chain kit, INA water pump/thermostat & AWT billet rear main seal. TURBO/COOLING: Littco L500 IS38 hybrid, DO88 intercooler, Direnza Vortex intake, RacingLine oversized turbo outlet, RacingLine catch can/PCV delete, 3.5" decat/downpipe & Scorpion cat-back. FUELLING/MAPPING: Walbro 525 LPFP, VIS upgraded HPFP, new Bosch direct injectors & custom mapped by Decimal Tenths. Currently 430bhp on direct injection only with zero knock during mapping. Engine/turbo setup built with 500+bhp in mind. TRANSMISSION: RTS Stage 3 clutch & single-mass flywheel. CHASSIS: Yellow Speed Dynamic Pro Sport Type B coilovers, adjustable front top mounts, approx -2.88 front camber, RS3 aluminium front subframe, Whiteline bump-steer correction kit, 22mm adjustable whiteline rear ARB & upgraded rear drop links. Professionally set up by Nigel White. BRAKES: Brembo 4-pot fronts, 340x30mm Clubsport S discs, Brembo Xtra rear discs, EBC Yellowstuff pads F/R, HEL braided front lines & Motul RBF600 fluid. WHEELS/TYRES: JR SL-01 18x8.5 ET42 alloys, Michelin Pilot Sport 5 235/40R18 tyres, 10mm front spacers & Darkside stud conversion. Approximately £14,000 of invoices for the build and parts alone. Maintained regardless of cost with a huge history/invoice folder supplied. A seriously capable yet understated Mk7.5 GTI that's been built properly rather than simply modified for a headline power figure. Serious enquiries welcome.
