With most common X5 issues already addressed: - Air suspension air bags replaced - Exhaust sensors replaced - Rocker cover replaced Wear items: - Continental SportContact 5 tyres with good tread (one tyre 5.5mm minimum, the rest 6.0mm minimum) - Brake pads have plenty of life remaining (11mm front, 10mm rear) MOT until June 2027 2 keys, spare front and rear wipers, locking wheel nut The only mechanical issue is that BMW says "both front lower wishbones have slight play in ball joint", and they told us it will need attention at some point in the future, but not right now.
