Description

BMW M6 Gran Coupe | 560BHP | Huge Spec | B&O | Reluctant Sale (Wife's Orders) Unfortunately, the time has come to sell my beloved BMW M6 Gran Coupe. Not because there's anything wrong with it, but apparently "we don't need a 560bhp twin-turbo V8" is a perfectly reasonable argument in my household. I've tried explaining. I've lost, and went to buy a I4 M50. Fun but no V8 sounds Powered by BMW's glorious 4.4L twin-turbo V8, this is essentially a luxury executive saloon with anger management issues. Some of the fantastic extras include: * Bang & Olufsen sound system: Incredible sound quality, although the V8 provides some serious competition. * Surround-view cameras: Because explaining a scratched alloy from the wife would be worse than me explaining the fuel bills. * Soft-close doors: So even when she's angry, the doors close politely. * Adaptive LED headlights: Brilliant visibility, particularly useful when driving home after buying something else she didn't approve of. * Carbon fibre interior trim: Because ordinary plastic simply wouldn't do. * Two complete sets of alloys, OEM with winter tyres and aftermarket with summer tyres: Both fitted with TPMS sensors. She doesn't understand why I need eight wheels. Frankly, neither do I anymore. Servicing & Maintenance Extensive service history, including additional servicing between BMW's recommended intervals. I've looked after this car better than some people look after their marriages. Apparently, that's part of the problem. Digital service history is shown in the photographs. The elephant in the room: Category S Yes, it's Cat S. No, it wasn't damaged by an angry wife armed with a frying pan. The car previously sustained side damage and was repaired nothing serious to be honest was surprised they decided for cat s. Photos of the original damage and repair progress are available for complete transparency. The asking price reflects its recorded history. Why buy it? Because where else can you get 560bhp, luxury, comfort, practicality and a V8 soundtrack that makes absolutely no financial sense but all the emotional sense in the world? It's essentially a supercar in a business suit, with four doors and enough boot space for the wife's shopping. Genuine enquiries welcome. Sensible offers considered, although please don't tell my wife I am not in a hurry to sell. And if she asks, yes, I'm genuinely trying to sell it.
