This is the desirable 77kWh large-battery version, ideal for long-distance driving. In my real-world experience it comfortably achieves around 285 miles from a full charge in good conditions, with 300+ miles achievable when driven economically. At 80% I typically achieve around 225-230 miles. The battery has been treated very carefully. I have generally charged to 80%, with most charging being slower AC charging at my workplace rather than repeated rapid charging. The high-voltage battery benefits from Volkswagen's 8-year/100,000-mile warranty. Excellent Pro S Tour specification including Travel Assist advanced driver assistance, heated front seats, massaging front seats, rapid DC charging (175kW/h) and extensive driver-assistance technology. Extremely comfortable, quiet and effortless on long motorway journeys. Running and maintenance costs are exceptionally low. My actual electricity consumption has averaged around 6p per mile, or approximately 12p per mile overall including electricity, insurance, road tax and servicing. Servicing is only required every two years. Next service due October 2027 and first MOT due May 2028. The car is also below the EV Expensive Car Supplement threshold. Ownership history: the car was pre-registered by the dealer in May 2025 but wasn't purchased by its first private owner until October 2025. It covered only around 400 miles between October 2025 and May 2026. I purchased it in May/June 2026 and have subsequently driven approximately 4,500 miles, predominantly on longer journeys. A full CarVertical history check was completed before my purchase in May 2026. An exceptionally low-mileage example of the long-range Pro S Tour, with the substantial initial depreciation already absorbed.
