BMW 6-Series 3.0 635d Sport LCI Convertible 2dr Overview: For sale is my 2007 (LCI Facelift) BMW 635d Sport Convertible. It has a 11-Month MOT and a lot of money spent on recent work. It is a good, reliable driver that runs perfect with the legendary M57 diesel engine, its been my daily driver for a year, but please remember it is a 19-year-old car, so it is not cosmetically or mechanically perfect. Recent Mechanical Work (Completed 2026): A lot of common, expensive high-mileage preventative maintenance has just been sorted out to keep the car running reliably: Engine: Intake port cleaned and free from Carbon, new EGR valve, upgraded EGR thermostat, new boost pressure regulators, and fresh breather pipes. Seals & Belts: New camshaft pulley (harmonic balancer), new drive belts, and new engine gaskets to address oil leaks. Suspension & Drivetrain: New propshaft donut and centering bush (fixes the common acceleration vibration). New front suspension arms, plus new front tie rod inners and outers. Brakes: New rear brake discs, pads, and one new caliper. Cosmetic & Exterior Details: Paint & Wheels: The front and rear bumpers were recently resprayed to tidy up stone chips and lacquer peel. The original 19-inch M Sport alloy wheels have also been refurbished. Bodywork: While the bumpers and wheels are fresh, the rest of the bodywork shows age-related marks, minor scratches, and stone chips expected of a 2007 vehicle. Its had a minor scrap on the os rear as pictured Plates: A 5-digit private registration plate is included in the sale. Factory Specification & Known Faults: The car has a high factory spec, but not everything works perfectly: Soft-Close Doors: This feature is currently not fully functional and needs attention. Logic 7 Sound System: Premium surround sound option, ccc idrive works intermittently. Adaptive Xenon Headlights: Functional cornering lights. Sport Automatic Gearbox: Includes steering wheel paddle shifters. Lane Departure Warning & Auto-Dimming Mirrors. Full electric comfort heated seats The electric folding roof mechanism operates exactly as it should with no leaks, but has the usual sensor issue which comes on from time to time, idependent heated rear glass window works perfectly. This is a well-maintained, high-spec diesel cruiser that has had the major mechanical headaches taken care of, but it is priced to reflect its age and minor flaws. Car does get regular compliments, especially when the roof is down!
