Description
Here is my beautiful A3 Saloon S line, a nippy and reliable head turner in arguably the best colour combination, metallic-grey with gloss black wheels and red callipers.
The car is in daily use so the mileage will rise slightly.
I have owned the car for the last 2 years and in this time I've done around 35k miles and I have serviced it every 8-9 k miles.
Prior to my ownership, there is some service history however not much between 50-100k miles, this doesn't mean that the car hasn't been serviced as it runs perfectly.
It is marked as a Cat N due to a car reversing into my car while it was parked, the only damage was a few scraches to the rear bumper so it's really minor. It didn't even need repairing as it was only a few scraches.
It recently had its MOT which it passed perfectly and it expires in September 2027 for absolute peace of mind for the next owner.
Prior to this MOT, the front tyres have been replaced with new ones , the back ones had plenty of thread left on them.
The cambelt and waterpump have been replaced at 140k miles. The turbo has also been replaced around that time, all backed by receipts.
This car is really economical and its long term economy is 46 mpg over an interval of 14k miles, it's tax is also really low at 35£ per year.
The reason I chose this car is because the insurance is lower than on other A3's, I was being quoted more on the non s-line versions. So it's a great first or second car for someone who wants to have a premium car that turns heads and is really cheap to run.
I have also done everything that one might want to do to such a car, it's fully blacked out and in particular I have added the 3D Gloss black Audi Badge, the gloss black spoiler, the gloss black wind deflectors and the gloss black powder coated wheels which alone were 400£. There are also some interior bits from the last owner like LED lights around the cabin, audi badged rubber inserts in the cup holders and other compartments.
Also the car has been remapped with dpf and egr off, as most other diesels at this mileage.
It was already mapped when I bought it but I decided to have it mapped again professionally just for peace of mind. It makes around 180hp now so its quite a conservative remap, it really makes it more responsive and easier to drive overall.
It's priced quite low purely because of the miles and the CAT N marker. Mechanically, this car will outlast many lower mileage examples.
Test drives are welcome. Thanks for reading my advert!
