Description

A great little campervan conversion with the sought -after high top providing essential extra headroom for a more spacious feel to the interior, while also being compact enough to easily negotiate narrow country lines when out and about in the countryside. Drives and handles very well, and benefits from a quality conversion plus a rotating passenger seat which adds to the interior space. Ideal as both a day van and for weekends away, as well as for longer adventures for more intrepid explorers! Camper Details: Converted 5 / 6 years ago to a 2 berth camper High roof for extra headspace and daylight Storage & worktop unit with integrated sink, tap & gas hob Stowaway table Self-charging leisure battery 12V charging points 240v External campsite hook up with long cable 240v sockets (when connected to campsite power) Digital TV aerial Internal LED lighting & spotlight Built in Roof vent & screen Built in storage for bedding etc Brand new chemical WC (unused) Pull out metal framed bed Rotating passenger seat for additional space Vehicle Details: Since purchase 5 / 6 years ago the Doblo has had: New Exhaust & DPF New Clutch New Alternator New Radiator New Cranking sensor New Cambelt & water pump Extensive welding to sills Faults & Further Info - Please note: As a 2006 vehicle it has the age-related wear you would expect, and as shown in the photos there is some minor rust present, particularly to the rear door sill, but the main sills have had extensive welding in recent years. The 'Engine Failure' warning and Engine management light comes on & stays on every time it is started and has done so for several years. Our garage has been unable to trace a related fault and the presence of the light is not an MOT failure due to the age of the car. It is a fault that regularly occurs in the model. I have an extensive collection of paperwork since the purchase in 2021. Service and MOT are due in late November when the front brakes will likely need servicing. We've loved having this car but don't have the time to fully make use of it as a camper and we hope someone else will get to enjoy it now. It's been priced to sell given the age and items noted above, serious buyers only please.
